1. If lights are all lit on the modem plug the Ethernet cable
straight to your computer and try to pull up the Internet browser.
2. Internet connects when using the Ethernet cable straight to
the modem try connecting the modem back to your router and
plugging Ethernet cable straight from the router to your computer.
Still want connect try using another device other than your
computer if you have one.
3. If nothing seems to be working you may need a new router

issues you may still have.
